Task's in Google Calendar

This Blog post will show you how to add and remove task’s on google calendar. As for some of you, It may be hidden inside google calendar and may be difficult to get to. A task is kind of like a “To Do list” To help keep you organized and on top of certain things.

First things first, Let’s go ahead and open up google calendar. Let’s do this the easy way. Go to your gmail and click the 9 square grid at the top right

Once you’ve done that, Go ahead and click on Calendar.

You will be given a screen like this. This is the default Calendar layout for Google Calendar. You can change it. But I’m not going to be showing you that in this blog post. For now. You probably can see a button that says “Reminders” We want to change that to task’s. So, click the little drop down arrow on it. So we can get started.

Right there, you can see “Switch to Tasks” click that. Once you do so. You will be given a new side

bar. Like so.

Now. Click the plus button at the bottom right of the screen, and give the new task a name.

Once you do that. Click the calendar icon to give it a date( This is optional). After that. It will show up on the specific date you selected. For me, It’s Thanksgiving.

That’s how you add them, now to remove them. You just simply click the box next to the one you want to remove, then click the trash button at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will remove your selected Task.
