3D VS 4D Printing
Have you ever wanted to bring your creations to life? Well now you can! 4D printing is a lot like 3D printing. With 3D printing you can print anything 3D instead of it just being marks on a paper. 4D printing has a few different names like: active origami, 4D bioprinting, and shape-morphing systems. The biggest difference between 3D and 4D is that 3D is just one solid thing. It will not change shape. With temperature changes 4D actually changes its shape in and out of water. It is just like a plant in a different environment. 4D printing has been started being used for different medical things like drug capsules.
4D printing can also be used to make clothing. Designers love It. It can form to the shape of the person’s body and can move just like real fabric. So basically 4D printing in my opinion is better than 3D. You can do more with it and I find it pretty interesting.
